I coach the fitness classes at Hilliard Station each Tuesday and Thursday at 3:15 and 4:15. The classes teach functional fitness at every fitness level. They are low impact, fun, challenging, and practical. Using a variety of equipment in a variety of ways to enhance balance, stability, flexibility and strength.
