Times and locations of classes are below. If group exercise is just not for you, one on one coaching will be just right for you. We will schedule times at your convenience. This Thursday (12/1) after class we will go to lunch at First Watch in Mill Run. I hope you can join us! We get to know one another better over a relaxing meal.
